How to locate the points in the meridians
In order to learn acupressure, one must have basic knowledge of the acupuncture meridians and the location and course of these channels within our body. The majority of this site's content lies in this Meridian section here. However, before we proceed, we must understand how to find these acupressure points. Please note that points may not be in the exact spot as described here, but around the area where the point is most sensitive. Constant practice will enable you to locate the points more accurately.
